Rules and Regulations

• All admissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the University and the final admission will be approved based on the criteria and submission of testimonials in original as stipulated by the University.

• Payment of fees in time is the responsibility of the parent/student and delay of the same shall attract penalty charges as decided by the management.

• Fees, once paid, are not refundable under any circumstances.

• A minimum attendance of 75% out of academic working days to be minted by the student to appear for the University Examination.

• Uniform / Dress code is compulsory in the college premises.

• Students indulging in smoking, consuming alcohol, intoxicating drugs, ragging, eve - teasing or any sort of anti-social activities will undergo severe punishment up to an extent of being debarred from the college.

Any disputes regarding administrative or academic affairs of the institution are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore city only.
